Joshua has always enjoyed taking part in sports and training in the gym. As a result he is constantly setting and achieving his own fitness goals.
One of Joshua’s fitness passions is running, you’ll find him taking members around Reading town centre as part of our ‘Run Club’ and trying to beat his time each year at the Reading half marathon.
Joshua is also qualified as a boxercise and kettle bells instructor. Whether you are looking to lose weight & tone or build strength, Joshua can cater for all requirements.
