Advance Gym, Reading Town Centre was opened in March 2007 to bring personal, results based training to the corporate workers and town dwellers of Reading town centre.

Advance is widely regarded as Reading's premier gym. We have the best range of equipment, a very friendly atmosphere and highly experienced instructors and personal trainers.

Advance Gym's aim is to increase health and fitness education to members, to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and to get training results with our members.

Since our opening we have continually raised standards throughout the club, through new kit purchases, staff development and the aim to provide the most cleanest and functional of facilities.

All our Fitness team our required to be highly qualified and our continually progressed through our in house training as well as external training courses in order to provide the best possible service for our members.

Studio classes are also taken by our team of personal trainers; this ensures further member and trainer interaction. The studio timetable is also constantly upgraded to include the most up to date training techniques.

We will always act on feedback from staff and members and the superb atmosphere at Advance Gym is unlike anything I have experienced at the many gyms I have worked from and trained at.
