The Ride/Spin


Fantastic heart pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction. Each trainer has their own style so don't be surprised if some abs or games are thrown into your amazing calorie burn.

LBT - Legs, Bums and Tums


Exercises for those problem areas, this workout is sure to sculpt, define and strengthen. Combination of both cardio and resistance.

Boot Camp


This mixture of cardio, weights, abs, plyometrics and much more is great for a total body workout. Each trainer has their own styles which is sure to make you love this hardcore, effective workout.

Float like a Butterfly, sting like a bee its time to put your fists up. Box Fit encourages self defence, boxing techniques and discipline. Sessions may include skipping, pad work and abs all performed to some motivational tunes.
