Insanity

Jump FX

Jump fx delivers no-nonsense cardio programming designed to accelerate fat loss and maximise fitness gains. Explosive metabolic training designed to accelerate fat loss and maximise fitness gains.

Spin

Fantastic, heart pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.

Kettlebells

Mission Definition

Ultimate Bootcamp

The ultimate in Bootcamp training. Be prepared to work to your limits and push yourself beyond what you thought capable!

Dance Classes

Bokwa

Dance together in free form rhythm. Bokwa engages participants of all ages in this funky dance based workout!

Pole Fitness

Is the perfect workout. Improve your strength and endurance simultaneously. You will learn spectacular spins and choreographies in an accessible way and a short period of time.

Zumba

Latin Inspired, dance fitness class full of fun, calorie burning, dance moves. Easy to follow, suitable for all levels, come and join the party!

 

Resistance

Pump

Freestyle Yoga

Freestyle yoga It is a body conditioning class aimed at developing muscle strength and tone, increasing flexibility and improving core stability muscle function.

Yoga

Improve Strength and flexibility with this modern Yoga class, learn how to understand your body and begin to move more effectively and efficiently, improving posture, self awareness and confidence. 

Pilates

Exercise class to improve your posture, tone and abdominal muscle function. Combination of stretching and strengthening exercises.

Yogalates

Unique class combing the power of Pilates with the dynamism of Yoga – creating the perfect yin effect great for core strength, posture and relaxation.

 

Martial Arts Based

Box Fit

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee it’s time to put your fists up. Box Fit encourages self defence, boxing techniques and discipline. Sessions may include skipping, pad work and abs, all performed to some motivational tunes. 

Fight FX

Conditioning energetic programme which is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Inspired by our trainers all performed to some knockout music. 

Ladies Kickbox Academy

Ladies only kickboxing session using pad work, small group technical session, burn fat and learn self defence!
