Advance Gym is Reading's only town centre gym. We are spread over two floors and based on Friar Street right in the heart of Reading town centre. Advance Gym has a wide range of equipment, a very friendly atmosphere and highly experienced instructors and personal trainers. Advance Gym's aim is to increase health and fitness education to members, to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and to get training results with our members.
